We are looking for freelance* Adoption and Change Management (ACM) Consultants to join our team. As a freelance ACM Consultant, you will be participating in new business development, team enablement and delivery activities. Your primary focus will be on the adoption and usage of Microsoft Office 365 cloud productivity products.
New business development activities might include new offerings, marketing collateral and foundational business processes. You will be assisting in team enablement activities as we build ACM capabilities across the practice’s managed service offerings. As part of a delivery team, led by a Senior ACM Consultant, you will be delivering ACM offerings through traditional and non-traditional consulting models (particularly the Prosci ADKAR model).
If you are passionate about ACM and are ready to help shape how ACM is helping Microsoft customers create a more modern workplace in the cloud, we would like to hear from you. Experience with a defined change management methodology is desired, but not required. You will be expected to bring your passion for managing change as you are trained to develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that lead to sustained adoption of Microsoft technologies.

This position can be located anywhere in the US near a major international airport. Reimbursable US travel can be expected, on average, 25-35% of the time.
